COMMISSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you commission me, you agree to these following terms:
General
- The commissioner owns the rights for personal use. (icons, edits, etc)
- It is not allowed to use my work for political or harmful purposes.
- I still own the rights for my work, though not for commercial use.
- I can not copy someone else's art completely (fanart is acceptable), please understand that the artist owns the rights to their work and it would be considered plagiarism. (Please support other artists!! <3)
- I can still refuse a commission without providing any reason.
Payment
- Payment will be via Paypal
- All commissions must be converted to CAD$
- Please note that prices may vary depending on the difficulty of the commission.
- Your commission will not be given (without watermark) if the payment isn't made.
- You may not request a refund or a chargeback.
Process
- Prices will be listed by character. Additional characters are 50% off!
- There will be an additional fee for backgrounds, pets or any of the sort.
- There will be 3 wips total, added with a watermark to prevent scams (It will be removed after payment). Any additional wips will have a fee.
- You may not guilt trip me in any way, or you will be blacklisted. (any excuses to prevent from paying, etc.) Art is a luxury, not a necessary item.
Commercial
- Commercial use includes streaming assets, video covers, anything that is profitable.
- Commercial use commission has an additional fee that may vary.
- Profit will be entirely to the commissioner, unless discussed otherwise. <>
- Credit is needed in the description, or information form.
- If you have commissioned in the past and would like to use it for commercial use, you will need my permission and an additional fee must be payed.<> It may vary depending on the commission wanted by the client.
